The Heart of Worship
The heart of worship is found by presenting the truth with a spirit of humility. The goal is to eliminate distractions that take the focus away from God. When worship is approached this way it is winsome – it invites and attracts people to sing from their hearts and it unites them with God in praise and worship.
Sunday morning worship should be a reflection of the heavenly host, where saints and angels lift their voices continuously in praise to God.

The purpose of the praise team is to work as a catalyst that ignites the spark and then fans the flame of worship for God’s people, so that they participate as a house of praise. We should work to serve and facilitate, not perform and dominate!
